This piece was done on handmade watercolor paper. I've left the deckled edges and plan to frame it mounted on mat board so that the edges remain a part of the composition.

A musical term, 'rhapsody', implies a work free in form and inspiration....seemed a fitting title for this recent abstract piece.

"Micare" (lit. 'to glitter')

Another painting done for the fundraiser.....Love doing abstracts! Though the image doesn't show this very well the painting contains several pieces of mica collaged onto the surface which is highly textured.
